The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of food options. The view of the garden from my well-appointed room was breathtaking. The location was wonderful, near all neighboring cities and food venues and many restaurants.

Very clean hotel.

I booked a smoking room which I did not get, then I was assigned to a nonsmoking room and warned by a staff if I smoke in my room, I will be fined for 250$ dollars. I will not go back to this hotel because I felt I was discrimanated in some way.

The staff was extremely pleasant, and helpful. They greeted me each time, with a genuine smile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room here was a good size, loved the spacious bathroom, and the added bonus of a writing desk and storage were nice touches, plus it's conveniently located in the central area.

Service in the hotel has been great. De staff has been very kind. We got a free upgrade. De room we stayed in was big and really confortable, also the room is clean. Bathroom is nice, with a bath aswell as a shower.

If you are planning on going to Los Angeles the location could have been better. Although its been well with driving about 30 min downtown. And what more can we expect considering the price and quality.

Best hotel experience we've had in years! The level of service is unprecedented. We stayed for 9 nights, but over the weekend we had friends coming over. So we switched rooms from a King size to a double Queen size, then back again. No questions asked, no additional fees. We like our privacy and didn't have room service on a daily basis, but when we came back at night we would find a note under the door apologizing for not cleaning the room that day because of our "Do not disturb sign" on the door. There's free internet in the room and an additional two PC's in the Business Center, a printer, fax and a copier. Restaurants and massage are just around the corner and we can highly the bakery shop across the street!

Slight mix-up with the parking fees (5 USD per night) because of two cars being parked over the weekend, however we got double charged the entire stay. Took a while for reception to correct the problem, but it worked out in the end.

The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

The room is very clean and the bedding is very nice.

This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel that our friends in Los Angeles strongly recommend us to stay. They also told us that it is a best hotel for Chinese tourists because of its best location. We will choose this hotel for our next trip to the US.

For the time being we have no unhappy experience during stay in this hotel

The free breakfast here was simply fantastic! There was such a wide range of fresh food available. The location is unbeatable, right in the midst of all the top-notch Asian restaurants, eateries, grocery stores, supermarkets.

The hotel is nice, location in the Chinese neighbourhood and thus quite lively. In addition to the regular offerings at breakfast, also a Chinese breakfast is offered. Service is friendly, newspaper and internet for free.

The bathroom could be renovated a bit.

The staff were very nice, especially in the bar and restaurant. We liked the continental breakfast before the Rose Parade.

It would have been nice to have English language magazines available in the gift shop.

Modern and spotless place

Absolutely kind and super friendly staff from each staff member individually. Amazing breakfast - 4 star level. The location favorable and comfortable in a great neighborhood. My favorite property in San Gabriel.

Cleanliness, location, quietness, size of room, bang for the bucks. Towels provided in the gym/pool. Have a heated pool.

Beds are too used and feel too saggy. No toiletry in the shower/bathroom at the pool. Pool is in fact outdoor (no big deal in summer).
